Registration open for participation in BNAC Nepal Study Days, 24-25 April 2023

Registration is now open for general participation in the 20th Nepal Study Days in Huddersfield (24-25 April 2023). Presenters whose papers have been accepted must complete this registration by Monday, 3rd April 2023 to confirm their place. Other participants must complete this registration by Monday 17 April 2023.

All paper/poster presenters and co-presenters, session chairs, panellists and participants who are not presenting papers need to register themselves in order to be able to attend the conference. This form contains questions regarding your membership and participation which is essential information for us to manage the Nepal Study Days. It takes about 3 minutes to fill out the form.

Registration will allow you to join the full two-day programme, including a special panel in celebration of Michael Hutt’s work, and other activities, such as: BNAC General Meeting (members only), PhD Dissertation Prize programme, and conference dinner (self-paid).  Full programme of NSD will be published soon in BNAC website.

Please note that the conference will be run in a hybrid format allowing either physical participation (in Huddersfield) or online participation from wherever you are, as per your convenience/preference. The online version of the programme will be run on MS Teams.

There is a registration fee of £30 for participation. We have waived the fees for the participants from Nepal. Similarly, BNAC members will be able to join free (with a small charge for lunch to be paid for those participating in person). If you are an existing member, please make sure that your membership has been duly renewed. If you are not a member and would like to become one, you can apply for it now (as long as you live in the UK). Annual Associate and Ordinary membership fees are £15 and £30 respectively. A £3 or £6 discount is available for renewal by standing order/direct debit for associate and ordinary members respectively.
